ORGL 3301 Research (Discussion Three Example)

20 minute video on strategies for searching your ORGL 3301 projects. Uses Discussion #3 as an example doing primary searching and from there, more advanced level searching using various techniques when doing relevancy searching using library databases

Assignment Instructions:

By comparing and contrasting the leadership styles of real-world business leaders, students can deepen their understanding of how leadership theories translate into practice and develop their critical thinking skills.

PART A:

      1. Research and compare and contrast the leadership styles (different) of two prominent business/world leaders from different countries, industries, or companies.
      2. Discuss how each leader's style aligns with the theories and models of leadership styles covered in this week. Make sure to provide examples of the leader’s behaviors, actions, attitudes that are associated to the selected leadership style.
      3. Based on your research, which leader do you think is more effective in their role and why? How do their leadership styles impact their reputation, company culture and performance? (Or government/public)
      4. Finally, reflect on how you can apply the lessons learned from these leaders to your own leadership development.

To support your analysis, you are required to make use at least 2 credible resources (beside course sources provided).
