During our library instruction sessions students are introduced to information sources that best fit their needs for a particular assignment. With practice and repetition these exercises will become a transferable skill of information search and retrieval.
Books
Think of our Library Catalog as a gateway to books, media, and periodical subscriptions along with e-resources owned by the library. To expand a search beyond our Catalog, use the Gator Search box located on the library website.
Articles, eBooks, and Streaming Videos
Use Gator Search to locate high-quality scholarly articles, eBooks, books, streaming videos, and more. Another way to access this information is to go directly to our article and information databases. The BC Library currently subscribes to more than 110 databases that may be accessed from the A-Z List of Databases link located directly via our homepage.
