This serves as a guide to the services and resources provided by the BC Library. Also included are the library based learning modules and assignments for this course.

You will complete six-course modules in the following order:

  1. Session 1: INFORM: Foundations Of AI - Understanding Ethics, Policy, and Responsible Use

  2. Session 2: MAXIMIZE: Practical AI Tools & Applications

  3. Session 3: PREPARE: AI & Student Success: Study Skills & Test Prep

  4. Session 4: ARTICULATE: Present Like A Pro: Leveraging AI For Better Presentations

  5. Session 5: COMMUNICATE: Enhancing Writing With AI

  6. Session 6: THINK: Critical Thinking & Creativity With AI

Each session should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Once you've completed the six sessions, your certificate of completion will be available on your dashboard.

These modules are available through the AI Literacy Essentials For Students: A Micro-Credential For Maximum Impact database (linked below). Completed microcredentials will be sent to the instructor entered when creating your account for this module.
